General:  The Crystal City, VA office of KASEMAN, LLC is currently searching for qualified Technical Project Managers to provide support to the Contracting Officer Technical Representative (COTR) for the Transportation Security Administration, Office of Security Technology (OST). 

Functional Responsibilities:  Experienced in the contract/program management of equipment programs and the development of acquisition and contract documentation (CDRLs, DIDs, SOWs etc.). Logistics Coordinator (Tracker) and Warehouse Liaison

Position Title:  Logistics Coordinator (Tracker) and Warehouse Liaison
Office Location: Crystal City, VA

General: The Logistics Coordinator (LC) reports to the Supply Systems Manager. Conducts day-to-day tracking of all procurement requests under existing contracts and DSS policy and is responsible for general logistical and administrative support to accomplish the primary mission of the Support Branch.  The LC is also responsible for working in support of warehousing operations and personnel, training personnel in tracking operations and participating in the onsite management of items falling within the discrepancy report.

Functional Responsibilities:

  • Monitors all equipment coming into the DS/ATA warehouse
  • Tracks equipment from initial entrance into ARIBA through shipment to OCONUS destination, ensuring project training dates are met by timely delivery of all training course equipment
  • Monitors receiving reports, recording all new entries into tracking boards
  • Develops and maintains tracking boards for each course of equipment procured
  • Develops and maintains completion reports for all requesting Training Delivery Officers, Program Managers, and Country Coordinators
  • Develops and maintain professional and comprehensive record books for each course of equipment procured
  • Informs RSS account specialist of the completion of all orders in order to facilitate the payment of vendors
  • Resolves all discrepancies of equipment received within individual orders
  • Compiles descriptive and functional reports of varying subject matter for submission to Support Systems Manager, Training Delivery Officers, Program Managers, and  Country Coordinators
  • Monitors Vendor Performance
    • Reviews Purchase Orders with vendors for clarity
    • Visits warehouse contract Program Manager on a weekly basis, to provide current information in support of the tracking of training equipment
  • Provides tracking boards to warehouse both electronically and physically for total merge of all ATA records
  • Provides onsite guidance along with warehouse personnel in management of all frustrated reported items
  • Develops and maintains living catalog section of commonly used weapons, gear, and parts for ATA users
  • Maintains archive of records from past courses
  • Maintains comprehensive knowledge of the ILMS Procurement System
  • Advises Supply System Manager on the status of all equipment lines

Professional Qualifications/Skills: 

  • Two year Associate of Arts degree or four years practical experience as a logistics specialist/coordinator with a government bureau of entity; experience with DS/ATA system preferred
  • Must be able to execute and coordinate several projects simultaneously and efficiently
  • Must be able to exhibit compatibility with others in a closely coordinated team; contributing and articulating ideas and positive feedback in a constructive manner
  • Must maintain high standards for quality of work and professional growth

Position Title:  Senior CAD Drafter/Designer

Position Title:  Contracts Specialist

Functional Responsibilities: The Candidate shall work comfortably in a multi-tasked, goal-oriented environment, assisting the contract officer in all aspects of contracting to include:

  • Serve as a primary representative for tasks directly related to assigned contracts.

  • Monitor contract funds and oversee proper utilization of funding. Monitor progress and adherence to cost and schedule; assist with development of the government position on claims and disputes assisting with monitoring of contract performance. Research and resolve billing and invoice issues.
  • Close out of completed contracts and orders.
