2001 - Kaseman began providing technical professional services to the Department of State, with a vision of growing to be one of the major service providers in the fields of technical security and security training/advisement.
2003 - Continued success and consistent service enabled Kaseman to develop an exceptional reputation within their client community. This was highlighted when Assistant Secretary of State, Mr. Robert Eaton, awarded Kaseman the Small Business Vendor of the Year Certificate of Excellence.
2005 - Recruiting and retaining the right professional talent enabled Kaseman to take the next strategic step of growth and development. This step included broadening of its service offerings to include contract/acquisitions support and systems engineering, focusing on a growing government domain, Homeland Security. By adding these services and resulting program awards, Kaseman achieved a principle milestone, outgrowing their original small business classification.
2006 – With in-depth knowledge gained through service with Department of State, Diplomatic Security and the Bureau of Overseas Building Operations, Kaseman developed a platform for secured construction services within sensitive and limited access areas. This successful endeavor resulted in multiple high security construction efforts in Iraq for both the U. S. Department of State and the Department of Defense.
2008 – Kaseman was purchased becoming the center piece of a new platform, Elite Training and Security, LLC established by DC Capital Partners, LLC.

2009 – Kaseman aligned itself to meet the urgent need of growing unrest and security threats within Latin America. Additional qualified staff and additional international offices were established to assist Ambassadors and other US Government Officials in the training of local police forces to deal with drug interdiction and investigative solutions.
Today, Kaseman has over 300 employees with 4 international offices, providing professional engineering and technical security solutions to multiple bureaus within the Federal Government. Through this ongoing growth, Kaseman maintains its excellent reputation for high quality service and deep commitment to its clients.
